It certainly isn't the Concordia of old, when it was owned by Stanley Selengut and before Hurricane Irma, but it's probably the most affordable accommodations on the islands with the best views. "Very special and sweet retreat. We had a lot of fun. The teahouse itself is so well crafted! we loved the view, outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen. We made dinner 5 out of 7 evenings and had breakfast several days. First visit to St. John, was not prepared for the drive up the hill to the property. We got use to it quickly, but it is a steep climb. Driving on the entire island is a challenge but worth it and kind of fun! Thanks for the beach gear and cooking supplies. On site manager was awesome...

"We had a great time visiting the Blue Wrasse. The place was as advertised with a beautiful deck and a great view. The outdoor shower was a nice amenity, along with a well stocked kitchen. The site manager was very responsive and helpful. I got stung by a wasp going down the stairs, so be careful of nests there. Also, water is not potable so will need to bring your own water. All considered, was a great stay!"

"This property was absolutely fantastic. Communication was great throughout, and the house itself was beautiful. It's just a few minutes outside of Coral Bay and was easy to get to, with a jeep or four wheel drive due to the steep hillside. The house was exceptionally comfortable and well appointed. For anyone who enjoys nature, this is your place. The night sounds with the frogs were amazing and lulled us to sleep each night. And the views are breathtaking. We look forward to visiting...

"I loved the cottage - cute, clean, comfortable, spacious, great views from the cottage, the porch and the pool…. What more could I ask for??The location was nice and quiet, about 30 min from Cruz Bay. Driving up and down the driveway was an adventure! It scared me at first, but I got the hang of it. You can park on the street and avoid the driveway, if you prefer. There are steps up to your cottage but for anyone in decent shape, that shouldn’t be an issue. Such a wonderful place for my escape!...

"Breezy Bottom was a beautiful accommodation in the Coral Bay Area. Worked out great for us to snorkel all of the bays and beaches on that quieter beautiful side of St John. The place itself is equipped with EVERYTHING that we needed. Even an air fryer! Very clean, comfortable beds, air in the bedrooms, Fans if needed. Plenty of towels. "Blue pearl villa has everything you could ever want and the pictures do not capture the beauty of this place. You are sourounded with the sound of waves and a beautiful setting where the sun rises over coral bay to greet you every morning. The pool is layed with beautiful brown pebbles and you can still see the ocean when your in it. The Host, John goes above and beyound to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible and responds quickly. The view of the stars are absolutely amazing at...
