"My family and I had a great stay. It was a very convenient location to the Pinnacle trail head. There was a gas station down the road and a few restaurants/bars within walking distance. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable, overall we had a great stay. Kevin was very responsive and answered all my questions within 24hrs. 🙂 Just some FYIs that are left out of the listing, but not deal breakers for some: -there is no access to the downstairs from the top floor, you have to go outside...

"This place is great... owners are great people plenty of room in the house. Being 3 levels with garage and a yard.. very nice layout we had 2 adults and 4 kids and it felt just like home not a hotel being cramped up.. would definitely go back there is some beautiful scenery around the area"

"Nice, clean house. Storage shed for SxS was a nice addition. Would have liked to have had a dishwasher, but that did not stop us from enjoying our stay. Very close to Hatfield & McCoy trails. "

"Stayed a lot of places. It’s the best and only choice. Home is perfect. Location is perfect. We will go back I’m not going to mess around trying to find anything better. There is no way anyone else can provide the service and perfection that comes with the whole experience of this property. They set the bar high. You will not regret this property. Don’t risk it somewhere else go with a sure thing and have a great trip. This is the best choice and my only future choice. "

"Solid place to stay. A lot of room for trailers. We had a 28 foot enclosed, a 24 foot enclosed, and 2 20 foot open trailers at once. Plenty of room to maneuver around. House is huge. Water pressure is great. Beds were comfy. Heater will run you out of the house, trust me. 10/10"
