"This place was the perfect place to re charge our batteries. The view overlooking the river was amazing. The spa like experience and the granola bar in the kitchen was a plus! This hostess thought of everything to make our stay more comfortable. "

"Check in was easy and the house was warm when we got there (it was late December) We enjoyed our stay; however, there were some things that were concerning regarding cleanliness. When we arrived around 10 PM, the towels that were rolled on our bed were wet. This shouldn’t have happened because we were able to check in at 3 PM. "I had an enjoyable stay at Don's place. I love the comfort of the bed and the soft carpeting was like walking on a cloud. If you like air conditioning, this place is for you. The location is awesome because youre literally 10 minutes from downtown Minneapolis. The neighborhood seemed safe to me. I would recommend to anyone."

"We stayed here for our oldest daughter’s college graduation. It was lovely. Wish we had better weather to enjoy the lovely yard, but our old doggie did enjoy the yard. Great neighborhood, lovely hosts."

"In town for our son's wedding. Not being from Minnesota, we had no idea of town names. Manor on the River was an absolute perfect for our stay. Champlin was close to all events and there are stores close by for any items not packed. The house itself is simply stunning. We had 14 people, including 2 little ones, and everyone had plenty if room. The park across the street was an added bonus. "Mattress looked like it came out of a dumpster, mold and very badly stained. Old used soap bars in bathroom. Fridge smelled terrible. Slept in couch first night as arrived late. Left at sunrise and advised host who said they would call for refund. Since then unavailable. VRBO states that host tried to resolve issues by offering to deliver a new soap bar. The home was a health hazard and we had to evacuate as quickly as possible for fear of health related issues. "

"My wife and adult daughter stayed there for 9 days and loved it. We have stayed in 5 or 6 other VRBOs over the years and this was the best by far. I was very impress with the high end appliances and bathroom. We rented our vacation place out for a period before we retied so I know what it takes to make it a luxurious retreat. They did that. If I could give them a 6, I would but the clear just goes to 5. And I am a very tough customer. Please excuse the gushing, but this is top notch. "

"We sold our house in Minnetonka and were looking for a short-term rental close to our old home after we closed. We stayed here for 10 days. It was wonderful. Our dog loved the yard. We had a few tiny issues, and the owner was always responsive. I highly recommend this house and would stay here again. "
