However, they advertised they had ethernet which was the main reason I selected this hotel, but when I tried to use it, it did not function and they did not have the problem fixed before I left. This negatively affected my ability to work remotely since WIFI does not offer the level of connectivity I needed to work online."

"They should be a little honest to say that they have not had hot water for more than a week. The staff in front is not friendly. You ask them a question and they reply that they know nothing. I spent a night without showering because I had no hot water and the answer was that we cannot do anything. Of course, I asked for my money back to go to another hotel."
