"The building is beautiful, as is the park. I think the staff who checked us in need to improve their customer service. However, the restaurant staff and checkout staff were wonderful. The hotel smells awful, and the room cleaning is terrible. It's a great shame since the building is beautiful and the natural surroundings are a unique wonder. "Surprisingly nice. Motels in this area were pricey so I decided to give Motel 6 a try since it was just one night. Hadn't stayed in one in decades. Turned out to be much nicer than expected. Photo is accurate. Desk clerk was super nice. Room was comfortable. Bed was especially comfy. No issues."

"The bed, pillows, and couch were comfy, and the room was well-equipped. The bathroom and living area were roomy. The continental breakfast was 100% yummy, with friendly staff and something for everyone (go for the Belgium waffles). The outdoor pool had chairs, tables, loungers, and towels. The only thing I would change would be to lower the A/C when you first come into the registration desk. Brrrr. Like a blast from the Arctic! But not a deal killer for this lovely, well-kept hotel. Close...

"Such a cute cozy cabin. Very quiet and peaceful. Perfect for my hubs and I. Host was fantastic to deal with. Very good at communicating, super helpful and just all around a super nice and welcoming person. Housekeeping was spotless! Housekeeper was very accomodating, helpful and friendly. 10 out of 5 stars. "Check in was great and easy! The kitchen was great filled with everything that you needed! Living space was very specious. We had our 3 children and they enjoyed the pool area! Everyone loved the dog and the family was absolutely great! Definitely recommend and hopefully we are able to visit again! "

"We loved the knotty pine paneling, appreciated the inspiring picture/mottoes on the walls, and a really comfy bed. Cumberland Falls, Pine Mountain State Park, and the Cumberland Gap National Park were conveniently nearby. Everything in the kitchen worked (and we prepared significant meals there!) [Did not use Wi-Fi or TV — we came to get away]"
