"This property is beautiful, we all wished we could stay longer and just enjoy the deck and fire pit a little more. House is very clean. Beds were comfortable. Be aware the bunk beds are not in a room, they're under the stairs, so not a lot of privacy. There were 8 of us in the house and it was snug-I don't think having the 16 it says it can accommodate would be comfortable. The owner is extra communicative. "My husband and I stayed a couple nights at this cozy rustic cottage. We enjoyed our stay very much. The air conditioning was superb. The cottage had a cabin feel outside and a home feel with all amenities inside. The ambiance and decorations were delightful. Full kitchen and able to cook meals for breakfast and dinner. Approximately 20 minute drive away from Mammoth Cave National Park. Host was available onsite but we had privacy. "

"Our cabin was new and updated, cozy. Also, cabin was clean and all amenities were there: laundry machine, dishwasher, utensils, TV's. Purchase your own woods, it will be cheaper. Nice place for getaway. "

"Lovely little place with great views over Deep Cove. Had seals visit the beachfront. Paddle boarding was a nice bonus. Hot tub was super relaxing after a long walk. Close to walking trails and only 45 minutes drive from the city. Great communication from host Blair."

"The host and property were amazing. The host thought of every little detail to make our Stay feel comfortable and like a home away from home. Our eight-year-old son enjoyed the playground, the pond where he caught serval fish (catch and release), boar games and so much more. We look forward to staying again at the end of the summer. "

"Loved this spot on the lake! Clean, kept up, private and easy process to check in and out. Its a little far from mammoth cave and the attractions but it is priced lower than places right next to mammoth cave. We were also traveling with two dogs, so that limited places we could stay. Sadly the Nolan preserve right next to here is closed due to flooding at this time. But I bet that is a beautiful place to take the kids and pets."

"This little place was exactly as advertised. Some nice charm to it!Like most little houses, don't expect much privacy from your travel mates, so unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy the fire pit, but the hot tub was nice to relax in at the end of the day. If your neighbors are out at their fire pit during your stay, you'll likely want to give them a wave since it's rather close. Think of it like camping! This fully furnished house has the utensil and everyday needs to make getting away simple all you need is your suitcase!. "It was really a great place, although the cleaner I believe it was, left soda on the table and the closet door open with keys in the lock and a pile bedding on one of the beds, just fyi. But very nice place! There is a dip in the driveway that is a bit hard on the car. But thanks for the nice place."

"It’s right on the Lake and there’s a boat ramp right next to the property. It was the perfect size for us and had all we needed. We suggest you get your supplies on the way out!It’s a drive to anywhere. We were there for Mammoth National Park, it’s a shorter drive if the ferry is open. We couldn’t figure out the tv’s though, and the outside of the property is a bit of a mess, but overall we enjoyed our stay. "

Sleeps 8 but we did not see dishes for 8. Cooking utensils were flimsy. Hot water heater is small, having to wait between showers. Overall 3.4 to 4 star. Would stay there again."
