"This is a little overdue, however I definitely wanted to post this. So I rolled in here on Friday February 2nd for a skiing weekend at Cape Smokey, and was due to check out Sunday morning February 4th...but after 120 cm of snow over the weekend, I didn't get out until February 6th. All I can say is that the staff were absolutely outstanding in what must have been a difficult situation for them in what was one of the worst snowstorms in decades. "La habitacíón estaba limpia, pero nunca encotramos a nadie en recepción, tocó llamar y esperar a que aparecieran, nos entreharon la llave y nunca más volvimos a ver a nadie. El restaurante cerrado, ese y todos los del pueblo, no habia nada que comer cerca, solo un mini mercado al lado del hotel. Fueron dos días a punto de comida de microondas. Eso nunca lo advietieron cuando hicimos la reserva. Parecía un pueblo fatasma. Viajamos desde colombia, con mucha ilusión y fue terrible. Libró el paisaje...
