"This apartment is very clean and has a cozy feel; the host was also very responsive and friendly. I cooked in the kitchen and it had all the utensils I needed, and it even had an electric kettle—most places don’t provide for tea drinkers like me! Be aware, though, that the apartment opens almost directly onto a street that large trucks sometimes drive by on, and that there is a back door into a business hallway which only locks with a handle lock (not a deadbolt). "The floors are in desperate need of repair, there is a huge soft spot right by the upstairs door along with what looked like black mold by the windows. The flooring by the fireplace is also soft. Stove didn’t work. It took 3 hours to cook something that should’ve taken 30 minutes.
