"I had a confirmed reservation for 2 rooms through Expedia. I called ahead telling the hotel that we were going to be a late arrival. They indicated our rooms would be available, no problem. Upon arrival, I was told I only had one room reserved. I showed the person my Expedia confirmation for 2 rooms. An exchange pursued with your reception person treating me like a feeble-minded idiot and telling me I had to pay again for the second room that I already had a confirmed by reservatio. Rude,...

"The space was spacious and clean. It was the perfect place to relax after a full day of activities. The host was excellent very communicative. We even forgot an item when we checked out and the host brought it to the airport to us! Went above and beyond just to be a good person. Will definitely book again when I’m in the area."

They brought us electric space heaters for our tent and each bed had a heated mattress pad or blanket. We didn't end up eating in the restaurant due to our timing of coming and going but it was nice that they...

"Amazing property, lots of room to be comfy and cook. Bedrooms were palatial. Pool was monstrous, and clean. Check in and check out process was very smooth. A professional operation that leaves nothing to be desired."

Our host, Annie, made us feel immediately welcome. Our tent was luxurious with exactly what was needed to make our stay perfect. It had a spacious area, water bottles in the mini fridge and a Keurig machine with plenty of coffee. The heated mattress added comfort and we really enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. Full bath restrooms were very clean and...

"Very nice property and convenient location for our work. We were in town to work at a local hospital. Will use this one again if possible for our next trip."

"The property was clean and communication was good. It was well stocked and would recommend staying here:) FYI: While at the time of booking it does mention there is an either a non refundable charge or a refundable hold for damages , the amounts were not shared upfront ( $1000 refundable or $98 non refundable ) so be aware of that."
