"This guest house is adorable, peaceful, and was exactly the retreat I needed to relax. Tons of wildlife were in the area to watch and the bed was super comfy. I rested very well here and would love to come back. The host Ches is a lovely man who made sure I had everything i needed and kindly checked in with me throughout my 4 day stay to ensure I didnt need anything. "

"The location of the home was great. We enjoyed fishing, the beautiful lake and serenity. Wildlife especially the deer. The house was really nice and we really enjoyed sitting in the enclosed porch downstairs in the afternoon. We would highly recommend this place. "

"Awesome spot with a great host! Convenient location to the lake and Turkey Bay OHV, which was the main reason for our stay. The host was fantastic, and renting waverunners ended up being the highlight of the trip for the kids. The location was perfect — close to the highway, gas station, market, and liquor store for refreshments. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back!"

"Everything was perfect! Cabin was clean, beds were comfy and kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed swimming in the lake. We also rented a pontoon beach for the day. Communication with the owner was easy and response was quick. Thank you!! Oh and the fireworks were amazing!!!"

"We really enjoyed your beautiful home, the lake and precious wildlife . We grilled and played games and really relaxed and laughed a lot ! We enjoyed a meal at Patti’s settlement one day . We would definitely recommend this property .Thank you for sharing this beautiful place with us !The worst thing for us was Georgia won in overtime against our Tennessee Vol football team , but… we really feel good about our season . "Spent a long weekend here with friends. The house is great and met our needs well. We love the different spaces that kids and adults could enjoy: screened in deck and porch, hot tub area, fire pit, dock and water. The kids kept busy and had lots of fun options. The lake cove is perfect for going and coming on the boat all day. The house was well stocked and comes with lots of good toys to use on land and the water. "Loved the cabin. It was clean, well kept, organized, and had all the basic amenities you would expect to find for the price range. Managers were friendly and good communicators. The rental experience was very smooth. The cabin is mostly surrounded by woods and feels very quiet and peaceful. There are several interesting places to visit near by, most of them around the river and lake,. The only challenge is that most shops and locations to visit are all a minimun 20min drive. "
