"Great place to stay especially if you're doing race events at the motorsports complex. About a 10 minute easy drive to the race track. Access was super easy to get to the unit and electronic door locks made it easy to not have to worry about keys. Inside was perfect, looks just like the pictures, almost new. "Loved the location and had some great amenities: kayaks, pool, big dining room table. Some small things weren't available, but we contacted the owner and they got them to us within a few hours. Three main things that would have made the trip better 1. The availability of the grill wasnt immediate. "We stayed three nights in June with five family members. The location across from sugarhouse Park is ideal for being centrally, located in the city with nice nature and some restaurants in walking distance. The house itself has a very nice small backyard and patio, and is clean and simply kept."

"We were so pleased with this home! It was perfect for our multi-generational family and had plenty of spaces offering privacy and time together. The backyard is lovely and the kitchen is quite cute with everything you need. Easy access to the house and great communication. Charming neighborhood and walkable to grocery & cafes/restaurants. Perfect location!"

"The house was clean and comfortable The overall impression on arrival was poor. The front porch was dirty and needed sweeping the front white bricks on the house were chipped and gave the impression of a geto neighborhood. Sorry owners but more care should be done to the outside. Also I’m using a walker so getting in and out if house with the frail handrail was not easy. "

"It was large enough for our group and very comfortable. We got in late and everyone had a place to sleep. We got up early and left. It would get a good place to hang out longer. The kitchen was roomy and stocked well with whatever needed to make a quick breakfast. There was nice hot water fur showers. "

"Home was clean and comfortable. Well stocked with everything we needed. The property’s other tenants were quiet and respectful of our privacy. Home looks well cared for. Location was on a busy street but near everything we needed to get to easily. Lovely Mill Hollow park nearby had a wonderful walking trail. Be sure to bring soap for your laundry. Bbq out back was great for cooking at the property. Very comfortable stay."

"House is beautifully decorated and setup. The location to restaurants, coffee shops, pastries and gelato is a 5min walk. Add to that the ability to be in the mountains in 20-30min is perfection. All the details have been considered: a coffee station, products in the shower and a mattress pad for the couch really make this place shine. "

"We were so impressed with the space but more importantly Jake’s responsiveness. We an issue with the AC and he immediately took action to get it fixed. Wasted no time to get on property and problem solve. We had a few questions and was quick to answer. We were impressed with small details like having kid friendly markers and paper so that we didn’t worry about our 2 year old ruining anything. Other things like having q-tips and plenty of garbage bags for us to use. The backyard space was...
