The house was clean, the kitchen had everything you could ever want, the furniture was clean and comfortable, the TV was great, and the water pressure was awesome in the shower! (Probably only important to me). Jim sent us clear check in information early so we knew what we needed to do. I don’t know if we would ever go back to Oxford, but we would definitely book this house if we do. Thanks for everything, Jim. You’re awesome!"

"My family stayed at this wonderful property on Memorial Day weekend . Fourteen of us came in for a graduation. We had a great time . The grounds are resort like and the house is immaculate . We will definitely stay at this property whenever we are in the Memphis area . It is perfect for all ages . We had ages from 16-85, and we all loved the house. "

"We came here with our boys for a baseball tournament. It was super close to Snowden baseball complex. The house is very nice, new, clean. Safe and quiet area. Great layout. Stocked with kitchen items you need. Great living space. Would highly recommend!! Responsive manger as well!"
