The photos showed a beautiful, modern industrial style hotel and the reality is I never found the rooms they must have photographed for the photos. The lobby looked tired and barely had any furniture in it. They had a make shift snack station with what looked like some Amazon shelves they threw in a corner. Same goes for the breakfast buffet area. It was a complete make shift breakfast station where things...

"The check in window wasn’t clean: Dirty, spider webs, cigarette butts, etc.
The bedsheets and bedspread had cigarette burn holes and cuts on them.
The sink faucet needs replacing.
The bathtub had cigarette burns on it.
The bathtub mat was sticky, stained and stuck to the bathtub.
The toilet seat was loose.
The room didn’t have a good smell.
I’m glad I had my Lysol spray to spray the bed and room.
There wasn’t a clothes hook or clothe rack to hang my clothes on.
They have a sign up “No Refunds”...
