"Property allowed pets but I didn't have one. Water on floor behind camode, (leaking? Don't know ). Small refrigerator was sitting directly on the floor not on table. "

"We had an outstanding time. The owners greeted us outside to welcome us in. Very nice people. Our room was spacious, bed was very comfortable and clean. We loved the charm and history of the home. Coffee and breakfast was delicious. Great place to stay, beats a hotel by a mile. We can’t wait to go back!!!"

"Such a wonderful, relaxing, and beautiful location. We drove up from Florida for a wedding near Pilot Mountain, and we're so glad we chose "A Mighty Oak" for our stay. Todd kindly offered to take us for a mini tour of the farm to see the cows, chickens and pigs. Our daughter fell in love with "Heart" (the special cow with a unique marking on her face; you'll just have to visit them to see where her name comes from). "Absolutely beautiful space! Very clean and a lot of attention to detail. Entrance is on back side of building right in downtown—one you are inside the space you would never know it was in downtown. Super quiet and lively space. Host was also very nice and responsive.very close to pilot mountain state park. Highly recommend. "

"The property is super cool and unique! Sitting out on the deck was amazing.....surrounded by nature....family of swans, blue heron, and even some deer across the stream.The inside couch is a worn and covered in blankets to hide the wear and tear.....other than that the place was clean.If you plan on using the hot tub, i would recommend bringing extra towels. There are 6 bath towels (small bath towels), but no extras for the hot tub if 6 guests are staying.All in All.....great place! Would...
