"Super, super cute mid-century mod renovated cozy house, walking distance to many things in Colonial Beach. Located just off the main road, this is a great stay. Very comfortable, so beautifully decorated, and great outdoor space. "I had to give this place five stars even though the description said full kitchen, which we were expecting to use, but it ended up not having a stove or oven, only a microwave. For most people that may be all that’s needed, and, if, so, everything else was ideal. I do think the listing description should be changed, however!"

"House is ok. Nice neighborhood and overall decent home but for the price it leaves a lot to be desired. Cobwebs, 1 kitchen towel, bathtub was dirty, random old/expired spices and food condiments in the cabinets and refrigerator. Living room is huge, but couch is very small. Downstairs space is huge, but there is no furniture, no towels in bathroom and there is a random/annoying beeping noise coming from what I believe is the garage but you cannot inspect what it as . "Our stay here was perfect. The house is so charming and the location is great. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. My dogs loved the fenced in backyard. Check in was easy and communication with the host was very pleasant. I cannot recommend this house enough. "

"Our accommodations was much larger than we thought. Quiet and very relaxing. Lots of hot water, coffee maker, microwave and a small refrigerator made our stay almost home like. We’ll come back again!"
