"Very nice, wuiet, and Comfortable suite. Phone based staff are super friendly and will even text if you send a question! Love the building, the historical feel, and look of such an old property. Beautiful homes everywhere in the neighborhoods. Will stay again. Make sure you read your orientation email when booking, as it has instructions for entry into the building. "

"We had a nice weeklong stay in the Pilothouse room. Great neighborhood, easy parking, breakfast and coffee waiting on the main floor each morning. Sauna and comfy furniture on the deck. Our room was small and cozy but we saw larger rooms so if you’d like more space or need to work from the room, check those out. "

"The place is wonderful. Only hiccup we experienced was our keycode to get into our room wasn't working on arrival and it took a few phone calls to the number provided to be able to get a code that let us into our room. Other than that, the place is immaculate. "

"The house was exactly as pictured. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The kids loved the downstairs game room! The only thing i would suggest is to add safety bars to the bathrooms for older adults. The tub is deep and step in shower is high. Otherwise, i have nothing but good things to sag!"

"The home is so amazing to walk through and take in all the historical features of architecture. It was decorated beautifully for Christmas and created a warm atmosphere for staying away from home after the holiday. We had the terrace room and were disappointed we could not use it due to the cold and snow. We plan to stay in that room again when the weather is nice so we can enjoy the view of the other beautiful homes on the street. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The location is great because it is close to all the restaurant and tourist landmark. We loved the fenced backyard for our dogs :) also, the private path to the beach is a fantastic perk! Our kiddos love running to the beach every morning without worrying about traffic. We love to go back to this property if we visit Duluth again!"

"This house has a fair amount to offer, especially for an extended stay. The internet was strong and fast enough to sustain both of us for a week of working remotely on the wi-fi. We had one incident where the internet went out on us, but a simply restart of the router was enough to fix it. "The Modern Ski House was the perfect place for our family stay for our daughter’s wedding. The house had every amenity we could ask for. It was to prepare and serve family meals with a great kitchen and enough seating for 11 people. The bedrooms were so comfortable and especially nice to have 3 full bathrooms and a powder room. We enjoyed the sauna and the walking paths nearby were wonderful to allow the children to release their energy. Thank you for making our weekend so enjoyable."
