"This is a motel in a very rural area. The desk person was nice. The room was not high quality, but I wasn’t expecting much. Shower felt nice. TV did not work. Crushed limestone parking lot tracks mud everywhere. The room had been smoked in in the past, which I really dislike. We stayed for a hunting trip at Howard Miller WMA, so we only stayed in the room from 5 pm to 3:30 am. 25 minute drive ti WMA. It slept fine. Exterior is well lit. "We’ve stayed at this house multiple time and the experience is always a good one. If I have concerns the owner addresses them immediately. This time we had kids come visit while we stayed and to have an owner that was thoughtful enough to have a room with game and toys for young kids was great. "
