"We loved our trip to Telluride! This property is in an ideal location and the two ski passes were a huge perk! Ski lockers are conveniently located which made going in and out to ski so easy. The unit is a bit outdated and needs new couches but those details are easy to overlook with the amazing location and amount of beds. We would stay here again. "

"This is a big house about 1 mile from the grocery store and parking for Telluride chair 10 and gondola. House was consistently the perfect temperature inside even though the outside temperature was negative or low single digits. Kitchen is big enough for multiple adults to cook and prepare food simultaneously. Lots of community space in the dining room and living room. Communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommend!"

"We loved our stay in Telluride. Property was in a good location and very clean. Attention to adequate supplies for the house, I.e. trash bags, paper towels,Dish soap, towels, etc. I rate it 5 stars. Would give it a 6 star if the oven worked better and it had a hot tub."

"We were able to have all of our children and grandchildren celebrate our anniversary together with us in July. The house was a great place to do it. It accommodated all of us perfectly. There were a few things we needed and were delivered to us as asked for. The location to the gondolas was great. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone needing lots of space. It is as very easy to communicate with the owners and they answered any questions that I had ahead of time."

"We had a wonderful visit and stay at the Hoot Haus at Mountain Village. The location of the condo as well as the decor and amenities of the condo were exceptional. So fun to sit out on the patio or watch activity out on the turf area in Reflection Plaza. We had a front row seat for the Friday night concert. We were close to the Gondola to go to Telluride for wonderful dinners or hiking on the mountain. Luke and group provided great recommendations for places to go out to as well as perfect...

"Telluride is amazingly beautiful. The condo was very clean, modern, and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed the snacks and beverages provided. "Beautiful place to stay in a very convenient and gorgeous location. Close to good restaurants and gondola in the mountain village. It is a quiet neighborhood at night which is perfect for families. The cottage carried all items you can think of during your stay including items for young children. The curtains are dark enough for good sleep. It does not have an AC unit so in summers it could get very hot, there were enough portable fans to keep the place cool. Communication with the property...

"The property has several large complexes - this unit is in the middle complex around a block's walk uphill to the restaurant/pool/hot tub area; and a block's walk down hill to the ski in/ski out entrance. " Beautiful house with fabulous views! The house manager, Peter was there to meet us. He helped with the luggage and filled us in on all the details of the house including the oxygen bar in the loft. This house is 4 floors plus the loft so there are lots and lots of stairs. The beds were very comfortable, beautiful fireplace, fire pit and hot tub was a plus! We even had an Elk visit us one morning. I would definitely book this house again! "

"It was a wonderful condo with a nice patio and pretty view. It was very comfortable and clean. The hot tub was having maintenance being done so we weren’t able to use it but it was perfectly fine with us. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to our friends. "
