"Came out with the family from Texas to watch daughter graduate from college and the place was perfect for our needs. There was a total of 10 people that joined and had plenty of space. Clean, relaxing and roomy would definitely come back and definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing time with the family."

"It was spacious with plenty of sleeping space for six people and clean with a wide assortment of cooking appliances though you should bring your own cooking utensils. The dining room was amazing! "

"Great stay! We loved the privacy and cleanliness of the house. Close to the Kansas State Fairgrounds, restaurants, shopping... Anything you might need! "

"We reserved a room with a king-size bed. The room was nice. It had a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, and stovetop. We used the microwave and the refrigerator. The bed had red and white sheets with a white comforter. It was an attention grabber. The main room had a loveseat and ottoman. It was nice. The mattress is the main complaint. It was well worn with holes (you know, when you've had your mattress way too long, it has a burrow where you sleep). It was comical trying to roll out of the hole...

"Loved our stay here for our family wedding event. The options of being upstairs or downstairs helped section everyone and add privacy. Can't beat 3.5 bathrooms when you have a big gathering. Lots of extra linens. Kitchen is stocked with an incredible array of pots, pans, crockpot, instapot, toaster, coffeemaker, pod coffee, casserole, dishes and glasses. There are Christmas themed plates, when appropriate. I was blown away by how well stocked the kitchen was. I've been to a lot of BnBs but this...

"The house is located in an ideal location to get to the college. We loved the house it has a very cool original 70's vibe, very well kept up. Lots of space for everyone, comfortable, big bedrooms , very comfy beds. There is a beautiful glassed in sunroom which made socializing very nice. "

"Brought our high school b-ball team to Wichita. The boys were exhausted after 3 games and had a blast just hanging out in the basement all evening while we cooked upstairs. Awesome place for kids, with the arcade games, foosball table and entertainment center. Highly recommend, will try to make it back next year."
