First off, the house is located in a trailer park (note that it is a nice trailer park, but a trailer park nonetheless and was unexpected). In addition, the owner claims there is a gate key was left on the property, however, after abandoning my search for it after 15 minutes, I was forced to jump the gate and walk to the house to retrieve the key.
