"Sketchy checking in, no one is ever at the front they leave a list of numbers to text for help, it’s like someone living there managing the place with babies and kids everywhere. Room was already booked so they had to give us a different room with less features. They do not clean your room multiple night stays, they don’t issue more towels, I’m a big girl and we were denied. The room smelled strongly of some kind of fume smell there were bugs on the floor and they also say you have to supply...

"We really enjoyed our stay. We rented it to go visit my son who lives that direction and the house was beautiful, very spacious and lots of stuff to do. We really enjoyed the game room, played lots of pool and ping pong. The outdoor pool was very clean and just perfect for relaxing and hanging out on a hot sunny day. Views and sunsets were amazing on the lake and loved the fact that we could take our fur babies with us. Would definitely recommend this place! We will be back."

"Overall it was a good experience. When we arrived the a/c was not working. It was not clear who to call or write. Finally after many text messages and emails back and forth someone was sent out to fix the issue. I am grateful it was fixed that same evening but it was only after I sent many messages. Overall the place has a lot to offer but it does need a major cleaning mostly when it comes to the furniture. It was very visibly dirty and with tears. The wet areas did seem clean though."
