"First of all, the images shown to represent the hotel looked way better than what it looked. The rooms were very dirty. I found a dead spider in my bed. Everything is extremely old. Also i requested for a non-smoking area but there were people smoking. We saw people laying down on the hallways or sleeping in the hallways. There was a pool but I did not feel comfortable letting my kids go in it. I would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL."

"This cabin was GREAT!! Stocked well for a weekend trip, comfy clean little cabin with a great outdoor area for bonfires and relaxing. Close to the boat ramp. Highly recommend if you are looking for a getaway. "

"Everything was really nice. Cozy small cabin. Does have a nice kitchen. No wifi but dvd player and tv were nice to watch movies on. Hot tub was nice and clean. Wish the little oversized chair would have been more like a love seat but nothing to be upset about. Sign by the road was hard to read in the dark but we found it. My husband and i really liked how quiet it was. "

"Wow what an amazing stay our family had. It started off with the host having a meal ready for us to eat when we arrived. After that Brian had a golf cart to check out the farm and river with. We were able to check out all the projects that they are doing to the property. The night ended with an amazing time back at the cabin in the woods. So happy we found this place to take our family for a night away from the city."

I made the reservation well in advance through Vrbo and received multiple confirmation emails from both the host and Vrbo specifying the details of our stay. We had previously stayed at the same location two years ago for our anniversary and planned to celebrate our third anniversary there...
