"Dirty floor in room, toilet wouldn’t flush properly the hardest biscuits I have ever seen on the breakfast bar. Only the cereal in the package was edible. The rest of the food was garbage. The spray butter for the waffle maker was empty as I watched people try to make waffles. The pastries must have been at least a week old as they were hard as a rock. There was no elevator to the 2nd floor, check in took forever as there was a line and one slow person checking people in"

"Our host was great! Extremely accommodating and helpful. Only drawback was hot water for shower. Because of the type of water heater in the unit and the cold weather, had to dial back the water pressure in the shower to keep hot water flowing. That is something that needs to be addressed for the future. "
