"The cabin is exactly as described. The Big Canoe community is SPECTACULAR, although the main pool shown in the Expedia photos was dirty and closed. However, the marina and the trails were open. "This cabin is charming and cozy. It’s nicely decorated and well-stocked. We appreciated the selection of coffee pods and the bottle of wine. The hosts also had other thoughtful touches like a walking stick for the trails, maps and other information about the area. We enjoyed sitting on the deck to look at the stars. "It was just perfect for us up for a wedding at the Tate House. Not too far up in the Big Canoe winding mountain roads so an easy drive/ride but still a nice view of mountain ridges. Close to pool & beach, pickleball courts & clubhouse. The house very clean, nice size rooms, comfy beds, kitchen has all the things! We very much enjoyed our stay and if we go back to BC we’d love to stay again."
