"The property has plenty of room to accommodate a large number of guests. However, we were disappointed with the level of cleanliness and the level of things that needed to be fixed/repaired. The floors were filthy and stale water was left in the coffee maker. Also, the house had a strong musty odor, and the water had a heavy smell and taste of iron. There were no cleaning supplies available which is different from our other rental experiences. Linens were of poor quality. We were not given...

"From the moment we arrived, this property felt like a serene oasis on the river. The grounds were beautifully maintained, with freshly cut grass and meticulous landscaping that immediately set the tone for a relaxing stay.Walking into the home, we were greeted by the fresh, clean scent of what felt like an upscale boutique hotel. The house was spotless, well-organized, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including coffee, kitchen utensils, dishes, dining essentials, and plenty of...

"The room was large and well set up. It was very clean. Only a sheet and thin coverlet on the bed - I would have liked a blanket.
A short walk to the beach (two blocks?)
Entry by code was great, but could have been nerve-wracking if my phone had run out of battery while out on the beach or if I left my phone in the room. I guess there are issues with leaving keys, too, though. It may be obvious desk clerks have been visited by me due to lost keys on occasion."

"I stayed here while I was moving out of my house, but this would be the perfect little getaway for any family! Clean, easy parking, and comfortable. I especially liked the back patio and yard for the dogs. Highly recommend for anyone coming to the Hampstead or Wilmington area!"

"This is my second stay at Lanier Pointe Campground. The staff is amazing. The grounds are well kept. The pool area is nice although the pool interior needs a fresh coat of paint. The cabins are nice and well kept. Housekeeping could use a refresher on cleaning behind commodes, light fixtures, and bathroom vents. Overall a nice place to stay. "
