"The Boho Chic home was exactly as advertised. The dceor was beautiful and the house was clean. It was short stay for us but we were very comfortable. We were close to downtown and close to the airport which was a plus."

"The place was fine. Needs some attention, and had lots of minor things (needed towels, toilet paper, ant killer, heat) and owner was very responsive, though still waiting on refund that we didn’t receive. It served its purpose, and typically you wouldn’t need heat in Atlanta but one night the house hvac was at 56 degrees. This was during a snow storm so again, we know that’s usual. The owner seemed to be very responsive and helpful but once he took care of it, he never gave refund. "

"Quiet area, close to pretty much anything downtown. Its a very spacious home perfect for adult friend groups traveling. Definitely would book again. "

"My daughter graduated from Spelman and my family and I stayed here. The listing is very accurate. The location was central to all of the graduation events. The house was clean. Communication with the owners was ongoing. I would recommend this listing and will stay here again."

"Up to date and roomy. Missing some minor items (dish drainer, paper towel). Could not figure out thermostat…..pretty cold.Downstairs door fell off its hinges first day. Discussed separately with agent.Outside needs TLC. We got over it.House was great. Accommodated big family and was well provisioned. Location was perfect for a Buckhead-centric crowd.Rental agent tried to lay off some repair charges on me on items that pre-existed our stay. Being nickled and dimed like that ruined the...

"The property is just like the pictures on the listing. The decor was nice and it was equipped with all the small things you would need.Once we arrived I started noticing small things that needs to be updated. The house is located in cul-de-sac which was nice,but the neighborhood going to it looked a little sketchy. "

"AWFUL experience. This property does not exist. I tried to cancel 3 days before with a full refund because I didn't want to get stranded like the other renters (reviews). Reason being....the address provided for the property was a restaurant and after repeated attempts to get the actual address, still nothing. They gave me the location of the "area" but no specific address. So like anyone would have, I canceled but with NO REFUND from VRBO. VRBO was another awful experience, with horrendous...

"The place was great. We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and comfy. Some thoughts for future renters:There was an air purifier in the closet. Set that up to drown out any noise. We didn't hear anything except the garage doors below.Fill up the ice machine with water asap. There's a Publix 1 mile away if you need anything.I'd suggest bringing some bottled water. Enjoy your stay!Thank you very much to the owners! "
