"I was very disappointed that I specifically asked for a lake view room and was given a room where you had to lean out the corner of the window to see the lake! There are only THREE rooms in the entire hotel that have a view of the lake!! NO amenities that you would expect from a hotel at the rate they charge! "Dice que el servicio de piscina inicia a las 9 am pero en realidad no es así, las piscinas estaban cerradas y sucias"

"Staff was asleep at the desk when we arrived. The toilet did not work and no one answered the emergency number. Bathroom is extremely small, floors were sticky, a/c unit was loud. Damp and musty in the room. Shower curtain was too short."

"Staff was very friendly. The public spaces like halls, outdoors were not very clean or kept. Elevator was out of order. Rooms need remodeled, or at least touched up. Bed sheets were questionable/not that clean! Hair dryer in room did not work. No breakfast service. It’s easy to get to and the pool and bar area is nice and fun. But, for the price, even at the end of season, it should be a nicer property."
