Unsafe Access Due to Snow and IceUpon arrival, the cottage and stairs were completely covered in snow, making access unsafe. I reported this immediately. The host initially stated someone would come to clear the snow the next day. However, when I followed up, the host reversed this and stated no one would come...

"The temperature in the house upon arrival was 14 C. We had to turn the heat up and leave until it warmed up some. Clearly nobody had visited or cleaned the cottage in awhile. Both bathrooms were dirty, the bathtub had mouse poop in it. There was no water to flush the toilet or that came out of the taps in the bathroom with the tub. The kitchen and 2nd bathroom were functional at least. The patio door isn't sealed, one end had a huge gap you could see through. Despite being a cottage for up to 10...
