"We had a fantastic stay at The Cottages at the Boat Basin in Nantucket. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make us feel at home from the moment we arrived. "We enjoyed the charm of the inn. Each room had a uniqueness. The staff was very accommodating during all of our interactions. We took stars away because the self service coffee station was not maintained very well. There were shortages of items and at time it wasn’t always clean. Breakfast was not put until 8am which is late if you want to get an early start. Brewed coffee wasn’t available until 8 am either. Earlier than that time, there were only k-cups. The deck is only staffed until 8 pm...
