"Easy check-in. Owner very accommodating, always attentive and available. Overnight stay met my needs: Not fancy, dated rooms being updated. Safe, clean, comfortable, and quiet stay, with plenty of space for my dog's needs. Would stay here again."

"It is the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel. I arrived at 10:15pm, left my luggage and went to my car to pick up the rest of my stuff... I was not able to enter my room again! the lock was broken and they had to call the manager (was already at his home), so I had to wait 1 hour to the manager to come and open the door. They gave me another room... it was disgusting. Used towels in the bathtub, the toilet was dirty, used soap... They gave me another room. I was able to rest at midnight....

"Staff were very friendly on arrival. Informal and relaxed with some good conversation! I'm not from the USA and the owner here was a great ambassador to Colarado. Room was cozy (no pun intended) with very comfortable beds and all the facilities you could ever need. The place was clean and presentable, no faults as far as I could see. 10/10 would stay again! "

"Room 18, one of the most horrible experiences I've ever had in a hotel. Paid $206 the night! they had to do the housekeeping in the moment we arrived (8:30pm) the room was dirty and not ready, and after that all sheets and towels are yellow color, looks old, carpet full of black disgusting stains, weird stains in the sheets, completely disgusting and crazy expensive.
