"This used to be a great place, clean and with great service, but now they don't even clean the rooms, from day 1 I found all the furniture with traces of unknown liquid and special mention to the box full of rotten chicken in the freezer, imagine how long it has to be in the freezer to get rotten, disgusting. And the people in the reception acts like if they were doing you a favor..."

"The hotel was not bad, but people started talking outside the room from 9.30 pm to 11 pm. First we call the lobby to tell them, and the said they'll take care, but they didn't. Finally, we asked to please shut up, and they said they will, but they didn't finally they left. Then at 4 am, another group started talking loudly!! we asked them to shut up and they did. It was the worst night in a hotel."
