"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I chose the house because it was on the river and close to Kilmarnock. It was a comfortable house with an antique home vibe. It had all the modern conveniences and like brand new washer and dryer, dishwashing machine, and central air conditioning. The best part was the solitude; pin-drop quiet mornings and evenings."

"Rental had not been cleaned since the last tenant which was a week prior to my rental dates. Immediately upon entering the home I was meet with a stench and stiiffling heat of 84 degrees from the lack AC. The heat had been on since the last tenant.
