"Our stay in one of the cottages was so wonderful! From check in to check out the staff were so kind and helpful. The children in our group enjoyed every amenity of the campground. All of the grounds were well maintained and kept. I have nothing but positive things to say and our family will definitely be coming back!"

"Captain’s quarters is a clean, comfortable cottage near Fishing Bay Yacht Club. We enjoyed having coffee on the screened porch and listening to the rooster down the Lane crow. The owner was responsive to questions and everything was just as it was described. Would love to stay here again for regatta weekend!"

"The property was everything we wanted. It was very clean and comfortable and the A/C worked very well. The dock area was big and new. We caught our own crabs right from the dock and had a fresh crab boil for supper. Make sure you bring lights if you plan on using the dock at night. The stairs leading to dock are lit up but the dock is not. The covered deck was nice for early morning coffee and enjoying the outdoors in the midst of an afternoon shower. "My wife and I wanted to explore the NN region and started with Urbanna at this lovely house. Urbanna is charming and the house has a secluded, yet connected feel to the town. The view in the listing is understated -- it is fabulous. The house was well set up for weekenders and I can't think of anything I would change. This was an October stay, so temps were perfect and humidity was low. We plan to come back if possible!"
