"We arrived in Kokomo on a bitter cold Christmas Eve during a blizzard. The desk clerk was friendly but I was advised that the facility is no longer pet friendly. We were traveling with our small dog. Nevertheless I was told we could stay with the dog for an additional $15+tax. (The booking site said the pet fee was $10/night.) "The property is beautiful. The camper is decorated so cute and was very cozy and clean. Some campgrounds cost close to this and are primitive and not private. We enjoyed this stay. "

"The place served it's purpose, there was a leak under the kitchen sink we didn't kniw was there till we got back one night and the property manager didn't call back till a few houra later. They have poison Ivy growing on the fence in the back yard so I couldn't let the kids out there to play, not to mention the gates on the fence don't work. "I cannot give an honest review due to not even being able to stay here. The owner never got back to us with instructions on how to enter the property and was not responding when trying to speak with them. This is not what we needed when we were visiting due to the reason we were out there. This only added more stress to the visit. "
