"Loved the decor, clealiness of interior and all the rooms were as pictured. The two tvs in the other rooms did not work which was disappointing as lounging in bed was going to be a plus. The carport could have been cleaned off but the host was very attentive in responding and was nice. Was unaware of no cable but WIFI worked well"

"Property is located very conveniently in the middle of town. Very short drives to anywhere needed to go. House was very clean and stocked with necessities. While the surrounding houses are not as updated, the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful at night. Very easy check-in, and great communication from host."

"This was our third summer family gathering at Fairchild Landing, and it was great again! The water was up a bit, but that didn’t spoil the fun. The place is super clean and has a great firepit for s’mores! It’s also close enough to Hattiesburg for a run to The Lucky Rabbit. We shall return! "

"This stay was great!! The most fully stocked cabin I have been too! It was very clean and neat! We had so much fun on the river fishing and kayaking. Hanging out underneath the house with all the seats and hot tub was awesome! We enjoyed the scenery and the kids had fun playing games and the pool table was also awesome! "

"My family stayed at this beautiful home from Wednesday until Saturday for my nephew’s wedding in Hattiesburg. It was perfect for our family. The home was very well stocked with what we needed as far as appliances, coffee maker, nice pantry space for our food we brought in. It was very clean, the bedrooms were very comfortable and the guys loved the outdoor area and the pool table. It was easy to get in touch with Clyde. He was very helpful and polite.
