All staff was super friendly and helpful. Otto's is just ok. Concourse tasty and Moira was very helpful and fun.
Courtyard view rooms are roomy. But old. Knobs on dresser loose. Screens ripped and kept together with scotch tape. Balcony super webby. Toilet takes a long time to complete flush.
Water pressure and temps are perfect and easily adjustable.
Plenty nearby to do. Great bands and entertainment on hotel grounds and 3 min...

"The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable, nicely equipped with microwave and refrigerator.This hotel looked to be quite new.
The room was disappointingly not as clean as I would have liked and expected. You could see that the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed and the bathroom floor swept. There were a few crumbs scattered on the carpet, especially around the microwave/refrigerator area, and hairs on the bathroom floor.

"In room the carpeting had tons of stains & bathroom floor was very dirty looking too. Breakfast bar was not kept stocked. Pool, hot tub area was locked with out of order sign. Our friends have stayed here 3 times over the last couple years and pool has never been open any of those times."

"We had a lovely stay. Our host reached out in advance and offered to provide recommendations for the area. Day-of communication was excellent. We knew right where to go and how to access the rental. Room had everything needed. Neighborhood is incredibly quiet and very pleasant if you're looking for an escape. Would recommend and would stay again if we were ever in the area."
