"Dispite arriving late and desk service not being available, we only had to call a number and they had already a system in place to give us our key and tell us our room number without them having to be present. It was a bit nervewraking when we saw no one at the desk and it the building was locked but they did a great job with having the phone number visible and the system in place so we could go into our room no problem. My one caveat to future guests is that the shower stall is quite small. Not a complaint, it was fine for me (a 1X to 2X woman) but anyone much fluffier than me might find it tight. "
