"We enjoyed the stay so much. There were a few hiccups, and due to the heat the house could greatly benefit from upgraded AC but we would definitely come stay again. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and we were close to everything we needed. "

"House was clean and organized. Loved that the bathroom was stocked with anything needed. Neighbors were friendly and shopping within 5 mins was a huge plus. Lots of restaurants to choose from and grocery stores extremely close as well. Overall a grear stay. Thanks for having us."

"Listing did not match the description. Home smelt terrible of smoke. Carpet, couch and property was very unclean. Standing water in the basement that made the house smell even more. Only 4 clean towels for 3 people and 3 nights. Only 1 extra blanket. No hand towel for bathroom. We had to purchase toilet paper as there was less than 1 roll. Door would not lock shut unless we pulled up on the entire door and held it up while it locked. Had to purchase cleaning supplies to make it so we could stay....

"We had a nice stay at the Holiday House. The decorations made it extra fun! We had 3 adults and 5 small kids — it was nice to let the kids play with toys and in the yard while adults hung out. The hosts were great! We had no issues with our stay, but the hosts were quick to respond when we asked for a recommendation for St. Patrick’s Day festivities."

"Perfect Spot for a Bestie Getaway! We found this gem for our annual bestie trip, and it was perfect! The location couldn’t be better, right by Lithia Springs Marina (literally 2 min drive). Nichole was amazing from the start, super helpful and friendly. The house is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need.We grilled on the Blackstone, soaked in the hot tub, and had a blast with outdoor Jenga and cornhole. "Lake view, with limited access. You can find paths down to lake (one at east end of fence, one to the west of the driveway). Beach and boat access are miles away."

"While they have no control over the major lightning storm that took place while we were there, they did provide a safe and cozy environment for us to watch the light storm as it boomed and lite up the sky overhead. We were able to open the hidden bookshelves and watch the light show from the store front window. The only advice I would give is come with an umbrella or rain coat for unexpected weather and a portable fan as it is humid and hot outside and in the loft in the summer."
