"The room was very clean, and the bathroom and floor mat were also clean. The TV was good; it could connect to Netflix and YouTube. The staff was nice. However, there was no USB outlet, so you have to bring your own USB plugs. The bed was comfortable, and despite being near the airport, the room was very silent. It is also very close to the outlet mall. Breakfast was not included. Overall, my experience staying here was good."

(Emptying the tanks and making sure things are running properly is normal for trailer life) but the hosts are quick to repond (typically within an hour or two) and the place is neat and tidy in a quiet area. (You are on their property and as others reviews state it's their yard so keep that in mind for having outdoor time) but im sure if you asked for some privacy they would...
