"This was a lovely get away from the city - about 4 hours from Chicago with an easy drive. It's a new to renting so we were one of the first renters. It's in great shape, it has a grill and the kitchen utensils meant for cabin life. The host was very responsive with any questions we had. We enjoyed the calls of the loons, the dock and the fire pit. "Kris’ cabin is lovely. The view from the living room is idyllic, especially at sunset. The cabin has been thoughtfully restored to give the classic northern WI feel. We’ve been coming to this area for decades and this cabin is one of our favorites. The beds and bedding were comfy, the pellet stove worked well on the chilly nights and the lake access is ideal. The WiFi streamed movies effortlessly on the smart TV. The owners are next door but the cabin is set up such that it feels really private....

"Fantastic views and met alot of nice people over weekend. Cabin is clean and has the basic necessities. We didnt spend alot of time in the cabin since we went for UTVing but it was perfect for our needs. AC would be nice if its hot out tho but overall we had a blast there and made great memories! My Dad didnt want to leave..... "

"I booked online for me, my mom and my daughter. It was supposed to be 2 full size beds when I submitted it, when we arrived there was only 1 king bed. Which eventually it wasn’t the end of the world. We initially called the number and Maureen answered and said she would call and see if someone would switch, but we ended up telling her it was fine. We ended up calling back because the AC wasn’t working and Maureen said the AC was broken and they don’t “make people aware of it”, even though online...
