"We thought this was a great VRBO. Our organization was in town for an event for over a week and we found it easy to get in and out of DC from this location. The VRBO itself was clean and had most of what we needed available when we arrived."

I had a quick moment of worry about the stairs for my dad, if window a/c would be enough or whether we should have continued our stay at the hotel. Well I need not have worried at all, they both adored the place, the steps were never an issue, the house stayed cool and living with my father again was priceless!Every part of the house was thoughtfully curated in the colonial style, I felt like I was stepping back in time but...

The checkin process was seamless and the host, Floyd, was in constant contact (in a good way). The home was spotless clean and had all of the amenities we needed. The location of the house is because it is in walking distance of many restaurants and shopping locations. We had no trouble finding Street parking. The AC unit is a little loud, but it works well.
