"The property was very clean with nice landscaping. The entry way and breakfast area were very clean. Every staff member we encountered at check-in/out & breakfast were extremely friendly and customer focused. The rooms were awesome! Everything recently remodeled, clean, organized with great water pressure! I absolutely recommend this hotel for a Laurel stay. I have no dislikes to note!!"

"What a cute little home! We stayed overnight and had everything we needed. The property is so well taken care of - pretty flowers and trees everywhere! A nice little porch to relax on when the weather is right. The inside was perfect size for a couple - nice comfy queen bed - claw foot tub, perfect for soaking after a warm day exploring. Wish we could have stayed longer to relax in the serene yard... Ramon answered all our questions and he and his partner were so nice! We also enjoyed visiting...

"The cottage was perfect! The cottage was so cute and the hosts thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable. There wasn’t a single thing we needed or wished we had brought from home because it wasn’t available. The cottage was close to historic downtown and only a few minutes drive t everything we had come to see. I highly recommended staying here! "

"This was our third summer family gathering at Fairchild Landing, and it was great again! The water was up a bit, but that didn’t spoil the fun. The place is super clean and has a great firepit for s’mores! It’s also close enough to Hattiesburg for a run to The Lucky Rabbit. We shall return! "
