"There was a small amount of something brown and possibly sticky on the wall/ceiling in the far corner of our room. Breakfast was “meh”. Eggs and sausage were barely warm and they don’t have cream cheese despite having bagels available. There are no “do not disturb” signs to hang on your door. Housekeeping randomly opened and closed our door without knocking or announcing themselves and didn’t apologize after. "Seguro y tranquilo"

"I did not stay at this facility. One look at it, and I left. It was totally unacceptable as there was absolutely NO WINDOW in the room. Within one hour of making the reservation, I requested a refund, but so far, I have received nothing but silence."

The hosts were very accomodating. We can't wait to come back :)"

The place was cute and clean and wonderfully "in the middle of nowhere," but we left the next morning frustrated and exhausted. At 3 am we woke up to someone either sliding a door open and closed or rolling a cart down the hallway above us. There was a very loud repetitive sound that went on and on. When we finally fell asleep we had the...
