"My friend and I stayed here the weekend of cranberry fest. We couldn't get the tv to work at all. Usually when you stay at a hotel they service your room and have towels ready for the next day , didn't do any of that. Went in the hot tub the jets were barely working . Asked for a receipt was told I would get it at check out... never got it . Asked for towels after swimming so we could shower only gave one towel . I feel like the website is definitely false advertisement."

"upon arrival the cabin smelled clean which was a great impression. Perhaps the cleaning crew had just left, but nice. The funny was the robust toilet function, but you know with visiting family no worries in that department. We were a little surprised with the kitchen. Very little choice for mixing bowls, sharp knives, and grilling utensils. It was very nice to have a crockpot, that did help. The location was excellent since we had family at three bears and at jellystone so it was very...
