"cabin was warm and cozy, especially during an ice storm. Kitchen is not as well stocked as I thought. I had to go out and buy oven mitts but overall I was able to cook us a home cooked Christmas meal."

"This cabin was perfect for a great rustic and cozy vacation. The hosts were very nice. If you book in the winter, be aware that it is winter-proofed in a way that we were unable to see outside. Not a big deal since it still let light in, but a little odd. We loved our stay! Would for sure recommend. "

"I needed a quiet, affordable place to work on a writing project and booked at the last minute (literally, I booked and immediately got in the car and drove three hours to the cabin). "The rental property is in a quiet neighborhood close to the activities we enjoyed-AuSable canoe rentals, the beach and town. It was super clean and perfect for our one night stay for the two of us. Matthew was very accommodating offering us early check in and late check out. So nice. We would stay here again if the opportunity presents itself. "
