"The lady at the desk did not greet us when we walked in as she was sitting there in the morning didn’t even say hi or good morning. The hotel is pretty dirty and not kept up. The bathroom floor was very sticky. The rugs and carpets were not cleaned the whole place was pretty dirty to be honest."

"This was a lovely experience and so relaxing... the pool and it's deck are great though the hottub is not what is expected... no powerful jets maybe due to the age? I am guessing... Goderich is near by and they have a great flee market on Sundays. The whole place is charming and so beautiful. We had 2 great dinners and everything was on point. "The property is very charming and full of character. The room was pretty clean, but the sofa was disgusting and stained. We would not sit on it. There were cobwebs and a lot of cracking on the ceiling. The bathroom was clean and the beds were comfortable. Outside on the balcony was covered in cobwebs and there were spiders everywhere, it looked like it had not been cleaned all summer. The food was just average at best. Overall, it is not good value for money considering there is no...

"I didn’t enjoy staying at this property at all because the room was inconvenient, in which I didn’t like that the sink was located outside the washroom, and the sink was located close to the kitchen & coffee area in which that is not hygienic for the sink & coffee area to be close to each other. I’ve never seen any motels’ rooms with a sink outside the bathroom. I will never book this property again in the future."
