"When you walk into a $100.00 plus room and find ear plugs as part of the bath amenities, you know you are in trouble. We were on the second floor (of 3 floors) and could not sleep all night, highway outside our window, hearing the people above us at all different times during the night due to noise transfer, and then there was the heater going on and off all night long. Worst night sleep I have ever had in a hotel room. The Management was aware of these noise issues due to the fact the ear...

"We enjoyed our stay at this peaceful retreat. We slept in both days because the bed was so comfortable. I highly recommend morning coffee on the deck! The kitchen had everything we needed, and we appreciated having access to the the washer and dryer. The location was convenient for driving to visit relatives, with easy access to Sedalia and Lee’s Summit. We regretted not booking for an additional day."

"We had such a wonderful stay! Coming from Germany and the Netherlands , we felt incredibly welcomed from the very beginning. The atmosphere was warm and friendly. A big thank you to our amazing host she was kind, helpful, and made our stay truly unforgettable. We would definitely recommend this place and are already looking forward to coming back next year! "
