"Our room was very clean. It appeared the carpeting was new, or at least newer, throughout the hotel. I would say the only con I can think of was the room seemed a little muggy/damp even though we had the AC running. I liked the decor in the room, it was much more modern than other hotels we have stayed at. I thought it was great that there was a gym in the hotel. The breakfast was very good, eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel had a great selection for continental breakfast. I did not check out the pool or the fitness room. Checkout was fast. The hotel was well kept, for the most part. The housekeeping staff was nice & helpful. The room felt humid and damp. I noticed my clothes, and even Q-tips that I brought with me became damp in the room's atmosphere. The provided towels also felt slightly damp. The Wi-Fi had spotty coverage - sometimes it would work, and sometimes it was super slow. I noticed surfaces...

We loved spending time on the porch, fishing in the pond, exploring the walking trails, and taking the canoe out on the water. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare a few delicious homemade meals. Out of our entire 9-day road trip, which ended in Kentucky, this cabin was the absolute highlight. "I loved how this property was in the middle of the town. The train didn’t bother me at all and I had the front room (I did use a fan and I am a light sleeper). Property was clean and communication was easy and fast if I had a question. Highly recommend and I’ll for sure be back as I have lots of family in the area"
