I realize that "things happen" but I believe that their corporate offices/ reservations had our phone numbers and they never made an effort to contact us. "

We rented along with cousins for a big family reunion, and this house provided a lovely place for small segments of the fam to break away and just relax and catch-up with each other. "So thankful you shared your place with us. We rented for a graduation party and it was a perfect spot to gather. We had family and friends joining us from Philly, Memphis and Arkansas. "The home was mostly as advertised, but is definitely a family home which made us a little uncomforatble as we felt like we were using someone else'sstuff all the time. That isnt our typical feel at a rental. But the history there is respected! The coffee pot had coffee in it still when we checked in, so we never used it, and there was trash in the garbage can in laundry room, so we didnt use that either.
