"We had a beautiful and comfortable stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful, we were able to check in smoothly after hours. The room was spotless, the breakfast was delicious, the views at the lake were serene and splendid. North Hero showed us a different kind of Vermont, we were fortunate to have discovered this side of it. We would love to stay there again!"

"Super clean and awesome living space, and having lake access to beach a small boat was very nice. Close access to a public boat ramp was also key for me. To be clear, the living space itself is across the nil-traffic road, so you have to walk over to the beach and dock to have coffee on the lakeshore. Owners were super nice and very helpful."

"We had a great time, just be prepared for a rustic experience. The views are spectacular, you're right on the lake and its a nice, quiet area. Having to bring drinkable water is a minus, but it didn't stop us from having a good time. We would stay there again."

"This could be a top-rated stay but there are a few major negatives.Pros: The listing in terms of the site and access to water is accurate. The area is beautiful! And there is plenty of room for 4 adults to move around in comfort. The back porch is nice and there is a sizeable back yard for those who bring dogs. "The "camp" (i.e., house) was comfortable for the five of us. The open layout between the kitchen, dining, and living room was really nice for all of us to be able to hang out together. The dock/beach area of the property isn’t the best for swimming however - we went to Alburgh Dunes State Park that had an excellent beach and was just a short drive from the house.
