"Clean hotel, quiet and confortables rooms. Continental Breakfast is good, pre-pandemic kind, but safe, which I appreciated."

"Very reasonable price. I've stayed here before and I always get a good night sleep. Big bathroom. Air conditioner works well. I'll be staying here again. Thank you."

"This is a great value. Much cheaper than the other hotels. Outside of town but close to the freeway, it was quiet and my room was fine. Microwave, refrigerator, and air conditioner worked great. Comfortable bed with clean linen. I'll stay here again."

"The host was so helpful and pleasant to communicate with. The house was a perfect blend of old and new and so comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much!"

"Horrible experience the towels wore torn dirty and slot of roaches they where even coming out of the cable box discusting the good thing is that they gave us a full refund."

"Great place for large group! The owners communicated promptly and were available to help. I highly recommend!!"

"Our stay here was delightful! Darcy and Steve were very attentive and gracious and provided lots of thoughtful details and amenities. (Local bakery Cookies!!!! YUM!!!)We enjoyed meeting their fur babies as well and giving them the provided treats when we happened to see them. (They were not intrusive and we only saw them on a couple of mornings)We also appreciated the carport parking space.Would recommend "

"This was truly a home away from home. Everything we needed was here, a full size refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, full size kitchen sink and bathroom! I was worried about the heat Chico is known for but the living and bedroom areas were both very cool and comfortable. I definitely recommend this perfect rental."
