"My wife and I were looking forward to coming back to Chico. We hadn't been back for couple of years and were coming back to our homfetown of over 40 years before retirement, to attend a wedding of our good friends' son. "This studio with full kitchen was perfect for the two of us. The detail to design was obvious and appreciated. The location is within walking/biking distance of CSU Chico downtown, and Bidwell Park. As older non college students, we didn't feel out of place at all. The studio is on a quiet street without a lot of foot or auto traffic. "

"Extremely private, clean, and well maintained space. Great shower! Awesome off street parking! Within 10-15 min from anything you’d want - gym, restaurants, etc. The host had great communication and was very accommodating. This will be my first option when I’m visiting Chico. "
